A 55-Day Reset for Self-Trust & Sustainable Success
TL;DR: I built this because I needed it. I've been stuck in autopilot—tired of being tired, wanting change but lacking the energy to create it. This isn't another extreme challenge. It's 55 days of doing the basics well, consistently, to rebuild self-trust across health, money, work, boundaries, and joy. Long enough to interrupt patterns, short enough to stay sustainable. And it feels better to do with friends.
I built Abundance 55 because I needed it.
As I've been looking at my life, I realized I've become a little stuck — not dramatically, but in the quiet repetition of work and life. Same rhythms. Same loops. A lot of motion, not a lot of movement.
I've been wanting change, but lacking the energy, motivation, or clarity to actually create it. And honestly, I'm tired of being tired. I'm tired of being dissatisfied.
The truth is: I need transformation. I need new energy.
I didn't want another extreme challenge or a "prove you're disciplined" moment. I didn't want to push hard for 75 days only to rebound just as intensely afterward. I want lasting change — abundance that feels good to create and sustainable to maintain.
Something honest. Something supportive. Something designed for real life.
I'm closing out a chapter and stepping into a new one, and I didn't want to do that on autopilot. I want to rebuild self-trust — not in theory, but through consistent action across my health, my money, my work, my boundaries, and my joy.
This is about doing the basics well, on purpose, for long enough that they actually change how you see yourself.
And honestly? I think it will feel better to do this with friends instead of alone.

I chose 55 days intentionally.
Five is the number of change. This reset is all about changing patterns, not forcing outcomes. Fifty-five days is long enough to interrupt autopilot and build momentum, but short enough to stay grounded and sustainable.
It's not about doing something extreme.
It's about doing something different — consistently — long enough for it to stick.
These are the daily and weekly practices at the heart of Abundance 55. They are simple by design, and powerful when done consistently. You'll be committing to:
Intentional movement at least 4x per week, minimum 30 minutes.
1 strength-based workout.wk
Minimum of 64oz water per day
Minimum 6.5 hours of sleep per night
7 minutes of meditation or prayer per day.
Daily affirmations
10 daily gratitude entries
Weekly money audits.
Two intentional actions per week
(visibility + income or leadership, based on your current lane - Entrepreneurship or Career Development)
Temporarily deactivate personal social media.
Business-only use if applicable
Read or listen to one personal/professional development resource per week
No fried food
No alcohol (with one pre-planned exception for the entire 55 days)
No quietly overriding yourself
No ignoring your needs
No abandoning commitments when it gets uncomfortable.
These commitments were chosen because they:

• Create momentum across your life
